Amy Rohne
Instructor
Amy has been around horses for 30 years and has worked at multiple farms since she was a teen. As a young rider she focused on equitation and hunters, while as an adult she has shifted her focus to eventing and dressage and enjoys hunter paces and trail riding. She enjoys introducing riders to the sport of horse back riding, and excels at teaching students the fundamentals of riding. She believes that riding begins from the ground up, and that it’s crucial to know proper horse care and management to be an effective rider. She teaches beginner to intermediate lessons with a passion in teaching kids.
Amy has trained with Athene Von Hirschberg and Vincent Flores. She brought her American Saddlebred Hugo up through Beginner Novice level eventing, and first level dressage. She is currently working with her new Off-the-Track Thoroughbred Bentley to compete in eventing, and dressage.
